“Needs an update . The inside door slams really loudly when the second door opens upon leaning. And the door is very dirty looking. Needs painting. I’d like to see some privacy booths or more of a one on one seating and possibly noise reduction.
I love the pizzas and the Caesar salad is to die for. The real bacon bits and cheese are fantastic but the dressing is amazing. This is my go to type of Caesar dressing. ♥️♥️“

“terrible experience on nov.4. We had breakfast which by the way is so overpriced now. 2 breakfast,an orange juice and a coffee was $55. anyhow, the waitress was too busy chatting with everyone in sight to pay attention to stuff. I asked for bacon and no mushroom in my breakfast skillet. I finally get my order after waiting a while, as it was very busy, and it had ham in it. So when the waitress comes back to the table I say it has ham, she's like yes, I say I asked for bacon. I don't like ham. she says oh I'm sorry I put it in for ham. do you want me to just bring out bacon on the side. First of all the ham is all chunked up in little pieces throughout the skillet so no I don't want something I don't like. I tell her no just take it back please, so I hesitate to wait for it to be fixed as I mention by the time I get my order back my hubby will be done eating. she promises it will be rushed,so I agree. Well I get the order back. It's got bacon this time but now it has mushrooms. I was so frustrated by this point, I let it go and start picking the mushrooms out of it. n Not impressed that it's the 2nd time my order is wrong. The waitress tries to make it up to me by sending me off with a dessert to take home. Then last night when I opened my dessert I was really mad. It was cherry cheesecake and it was so stale or something because the crust was completely mushy& and to add to it all I find a hair in it. So gross, just not a good experience at all. I will not go back. the waitress was friendly, but if you can't get my single order right not once but twice there's a big issue. I think they need to go back to writing everything down on paper because clearly working off memory doesn't work for them!! Obviously they need some hair nets as well, and next time you try to give a customer some dessert to make up for your mistakes make sure it's freshly made and doesn't have hair in it!!“

“We celebrated my mom and husband’s birthdays at Italian by Night on Tuesday, August 19th, and it was such a perfect night! The team was super accommodating, and Liz, our server so kind, patient, fun and friendly. She really went above and beyond to make the whole experience extra special. The food (as always) was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve been whisked straight to Italy. It’s often our first pick when we’re celebrating anything special...or when we’re just craving some amazing pasta. This is hands down the best spot in the Saint John and we recommend it all the time. “Have ordered many times through Splash KV and sometimes have DoorDash delivery. Tonight we chose to go pick up and waited until our pickup time which was a bit longer than we hoped but their food is amazing and we were okay to wait until pickup time on our online order. Sent my fiancee to pickup and apparently our order was nowhere to be found… maybe a glitch in the system as I showed him the confirmed time for pickup and order…however, they rushed the order and had our items ready in 10 minutes flat! Plus when he came home I noticed they put an order of yummy spring rolls in as a complimentary item. The taste of every single dish ordered was absolutely scrumptious (the new mushroom & basil dish was sooooo delicious! Thank you Splash! I wanted to make sure to give credit where it is due.
