“My son’s hockey team had a team lunch here and it was the perfect spot! The staff were amazing… fun, fast, efficient and so great with the kids! They had an area for the team to sit together and higher pub tables around the perimeter for parents to enjoy some peace together away from them 😆. They banged out the kids orders first and I was impressed with how quickly we got our food and drinks. Then they opened the big door to the patio and the kids went out there while the parents finished up eating and paying the bills. Great food, atmosphere and staff!”

“We celebrated a birthday dinner at Braxton’s. Our server, Balwinder, and the manager, Varun, provided exceptional attention, ensuring all our needs were met. We enjoyed a variety of starters, including crab arancini, mussels, and an heirloom tomato and burrata salad. For the main course, we chose pan-seared haddock, curried lamb shank, lobster ravioli, chicken and roasted butternut squash with blue cheese sauce, confit duck leg, and blue dot ribeye. The food was delicious and the portions very generous. We preordered a Charlotte russe cake for dessert, which was beautifully presented and truly scrumptious.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening with excellent food and service. The Algonquin Hotel is simply iconic; everyone should visit!”
