Dairy Queen Reviews
They are amazing staff in this place. A+ service in all areas. My granddaughter dropped her bugger and they replaced it as the patty slipped out of her bun.
They should hire staff that cares about the quality of product they're producing. I have not had a decent experience at this location in at least 5 years. The blizzards may as well be soup and the burgers are put together by somebody who clearly doesn't care. All the DQ locations in the Saint John area have gone significantly down hill over the last 10 years but this place has to be the worst.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a well-established restaurant that has been in operation for several decades. The premises are kept clean, and the business remains solid, although it has undergone a number of renovations over the years. The food is generally good, with the chicken burger, hamburgers, and Blizzards being particularly popular. The service is usually fast, helping reduce crowding and wait times. However, the restaurant feels dated and could use a facelift inside and out. The bathroom is outside behind the building and not the most pleasant. The intercom and menu board need better maintenance, making it difficult to hear. Prices have increased, with customers paying over $40 for a soft serve cake. The atmosphere could use work, as it’s usually not the cleanest space, making dining in out of the question. Customers have enjoyed freshly fried poutine with plenty of cheese curd and good, creamy ice cream, although some find the strawberry sauce not very real-tasting. The chicken is highly praised for being fresh and tasty. Drive-thru service is quick, but parking and wait times can be long during busy hours. Occasionally, staff may be rude about modifications like substituting sides, which affects the overall experience. The ice cream treats are made perfectly, with just the right amount of toppings, ensuring a consistent DQ experience.
