The service here was friendly but we were frustrated that they insisted on charging us for substituting skor bits for brownie in the chocolate extreme blizzard. Other locations we have visited haven’t done this unless it’s a new person who is inexperienced. Spending an additional $1.50 plus tax when you’re not asking for an additional add in is annoying.
We ordered 2 Peanut Buster Parfaits tonight. Mine was extremely salty from the peanuts. It’s like when you get to the end of the container & you get the salty crumbs at the bottom. We went back. The staff & manager were AMAZING & made us 2 new ones. They were perfect. Thank you for the exceptional service.
