“We had a lovely time. I let them know their sticky rice was a bit under done, the chef fix it for our next sushi roll. They also gave us completely fried Oreos which were amazing. Over all it was yummy. I also tried their fried rice and it had so much flavor.“

“I only had a quick takeout lunch, but I was definitely pleased by the Pineapple Thai Curry and its obviously high quality ingredients, skillful preparation, and the restaurant's demonstrated ability to adjust spice level to my request. I can already tell they listen to their customers, and they care about the customer experience and of building relationships. This is what hospitality in the mountains can be like when the mind is set to create a positive experience, and the work is put in to bring it to fruition. It's not handed out on a platter willy nilly. It takes talented professionals working diligently in order to pull it off. A few restaurants just get it and blaze their own trail ahead, and Chen Garden is one of those that deserves recognition for what they are building.

Edit: The Pad Thai is also unsurprisingly excellent as is their most delicious Thai Iced Tea!“
