We tried a variety of items. I think the dim sum is generally good/ok but the bigger dishes like the noodles need more work. Well, I'm thankful there's any dim sum at all in Asheville. Service was above and beyond, very attentive, almost too (possibly bc we came when it was not as busy). Would go back when the dim sum cravings hit.
Red Ginger is my favorite place to eat anywhere! Their Szechuan Wontons are out of this world! I've eaten here dozens of times and every time I leave happy. They put so much effort into the flavor profiles and plating of every dish. Their beautiful dining room to relax while eating a delicious meal and the service is always great.

Stippednin for lunch without planning and was overjoyed at how delicious the food was. The string bean dish was our favorite. Simple but done right. All of the food we sampled was wonderful and delicious and our waitress Jes was sweet and amazing. Would definitely eat here again and again.
