Band was really good
What a fun place to spend the weekend! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the live music was fantastic, and the drinks were strong. The owner was incredibly hands-on—you could even see him disinfecting and cleaning behind the bar, which really showed how much he cares about the pub and his customers.

Shamrock Irons Irish Pub is a great pub in downtown Asheville, considered the best place to meet with friends. It offers a casual pub atmosphere that is lively but still easy to chat, with a great location, big windows, and a patio. The menu is incredible, featuring Irish pub food like a fried banger, potato skins, mac n cheese, a chicken sandwich slider, and Reuben egg rolls. They have tons of Irish whiskey and Guinness on tap—plus lots of local beers—with the cleanest taps. There is live music and a super fun jazz jam on Thursday evenings. The staff are fun, friendly, and awesome, providing prompt service. However, there are concerns about management treatment of staff.
