“Consistency in food preparation. They are often busy so if you order ahead your items might not be ready when you get there or it is made but not put out. Just ask and they might just have in the prep area. Parking can be wonky/annoying. Just park around on the front side to avoid chaos.“

“I have eaten at Chipotle many times . My favorite is the burrito bowl. Today, I was forced to. Hoose the steak instead of the chicken. This particular store was out of chicken. I thought it might be a nice change. WRONG! The steak was tough and often chewy. So many pieces had stuff fat still attached. I was very disappointed in the quality of this meal. This is the first time I felt let down by Chipotle. Usually, the food is excellent. Maybe it is just this store that does not trim nor cook the steak correctly. From now on, no chicken, not settling.“

“My biggest complaints were that I was served the bottom of the rice and it was hard. Ended up throwing it out. My other complaint was that the restaurant needed a good cleaning. Granted they looked majorly understaffed and I’m sure that you guys working we’re doing the best they could. This is also the second time I have tried to order tacos and they are out of hard shells.“
