“Rai Lay is a fusion of Asian hibachi with a beautiful atmosphere. The food is average and the wait staff and kitchen take a while to come but the food is cooked fresh. The one issue i saw while leaving is the food inspection score from the city of Charlotte was only a 90.“

“Had an incredible lunch today! 😍 As someone with celiac and very sensitive to gluten, I’m always cautious about eating out, but they nailed it. They had so many delicious gluten free options, and the staff was super knowledgeable and careful. I had the green curry and it was to die for! The flavor and spice was amazing, and I felt completely safe eating it. The service was outstanding… attentive, and understanding of my dietary needs. Highly recommend it!“

“The food was pretty good and Felicia was great. She was very attentive and helpful with navigating the menu and providing recommendations. The atmosphere was nice with a big fish tank to look at as well as various TV's. Dessert is not included with the all you can eat though. I would go back.“

“This is our go to place for Chinese food or Sushi. Great food and very friendly staff, and it's definitely the biggest meal for the money that I've found in the area.
Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is accessible by wheelchair but it's not an automatic front door. It's a ADA Compliant door, with plenty of space to maneuver a wheelchair/mobility scooter through.“

“So was in dynasty Buffett today with my son and daughter in law and our service was good, until I went to the counter to pay for our meals. I go up to the counter to pay and the next thing I know, the guy that waited on us( his name is Reno), literally takes my card from my hand when I was handing it to the lady behind the counter( I wasn't handing it to him). He just takes it from my hand and that really upset me.. You should never grab a customers card out of their hand like that without having permission to do so.and he did 😡. So to say I'm upset is an understatement!!!!!!!. I go back into dynasty to ask if the manager was there and they wasn't, and I started to leave my number for them to call me when they were there, but I thought better about it. Because while I didn't appreciate the waiter taking my card from my hand without permission, I decided I'd come back another day and ask for the manager in person. That way I can talk face to face...that day will be very soon and ill keep going back each day until I get to speak to the manager. Everything else about the restaurant was fine and the food was good with a big selection to choose from. I have no complaints about the place in general, but the management should hire a better staff of people that don't just take a customers card out of their hand without permission.. Especially when the customer wasn't handing it to the waiter in the first place. I was handing it to the lady behind the counter. I'm not sure why the waiter did what he did but it was rude and the waiter should be spoken to about his actions, otherwise he might do it again to someone else that won't be as nice as I was about it I will be talking to management.“

“I ordered the Orville and Wilbur’s sushi roll, as well as the classic martini. Enjoyed the roll and realized I don’t like martinis, but I think that last part was due to me and not the restaurant.
Service was relatively quick; it took about an hour to get from sitting down, taking order, receiving food, and now more than halfway done, and the seated area was almost full when I sat.
The view from the seating area is wonderful. The concourse windows are huge and overlook the American Airlines plane taxi area, and there’s a lot of foot traffic for people watching right next to the seating area.“

“It's a really impressive buffet. I saw something like 6 rows of steam trays. Everything from sushi to seafood to fried and baked chicken to broccoli and beef and the like. I'll definitely be back. Lots of variety, and the quality was very solid for an all you can eat joint.“
