“I had such an incredible experience at SipCo, especially getting to share it with my daughter. The drive up was welcoming and fun, and the drinks were absolutely delicious — truly some of the best we’ve had!

A special shoutout to Claudia, who took such great care of us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the menu and making recommendations. Her warm personality really made our visit even more enjoyable.

“I stopped by this afternoon to get a little pick me up, something to brighten my day. The two young ladies that were working were so sweet and perfectly silly with me. I should have gotten their names, but between the jokes and giggles I forgot to ask. The Apple Pie Chai was fantastic, but those two were what I needed to brighten my day.“

They reassured me that they were chillin in the freezer, so that I could chill. Great customer service! And with the two smoothies for 8 dollars and some change deal, you really can’t beat it.“

“The boba was fresh, there were vegan milk options, and staff were polite. The menu was very straightforward, and our teas were made quickly. My husband and I “collect” boba tea experiences, and it was worth going into the mall to add Komma as #53 on our ever-growing list. One of our new favorites!“

“If I could give a lower review than 1 I would. I purchased a drink here that was disgusting and honestly didn’t taste like anything but cold. I purchased that AND a $3 single bottle of water. When I drank it, I took TWO SIPS! Mind you the drink was still completely full over full honestly. I told her I didn’t like the purchase and she could replace the drink even though I would’ve honestly liked my money back. She said they don’t do refunds. I said thank you and asked could she then replace the drink because as we both could see it was HARDLY drank from. She again said no, and I literally just left the drink with her because I had every intention of throwing it into the garbage so there was no point in keeping it. Moving forward I won’t be returning, the customer service was terrible. My mom and I frequent there and she couldn’t easily gave me better customer service. 0/0 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you’re looking for something good and tasty“

“Not only will I be back, the food here is consistently amazing! I’ve been here twice- in person and through DoorDash ordering. No complaints! I had the fried sushi roll and requested it to not be cut, so I can basically have a sushi burrito lol- they are so nice and accommodating!“
