“Because my family has wildly different tastes in cakes and desserts, we usually get a selection of cupcakes for birthday celebrations. I found Bull City Bake Shop through Google Maps and was able to place an order through their website in the early morning to be picked up half an hour after they opened.

The cupcakes were ready for us when we got there and my husband noticed some banana puddings in the display case. My family enjoyed every single cupcake flavor and my dad was very impressed with the banana pudding and its made-from-scratch flavors. HIGHLY recommended.

We will be coming back.

ETA: apparently I cannot leave a second review, so I will state here that I had another fabulous experience with Bull City Bake Shop. I needed to order cupcakes for a baby shower with a punk rock theme, and going in had the idea of basic cupcakes with black icing and such. The bakers explained what a bad idea black icing can be, as it leaves stains on the teeth for days, and worked with me to add decorations that blended with the theme (see photo). Everyone at the party raved about how good the cupcakes were. Bull City Bake Shop will continue to have my business at every opportunity.“

“I had the best Americano I have ever had, and even though I'm not big on chocolate, every single thing I have tried there has made me realize I just haven't had really good chocolate very often. They have playful combinations of flavors, beautiful presentation, and everything is made to perfection. One of my new to me favorite places in the Triangle, Miel is a must visit.“
