Brooke was extremely pleasant, sweet, and patient near closing time when I received a last minute request from a relative in the hospital who wanted donuts! While they were understandably lacking on items near closing, she still offered great suggestions based on what they had available. Must give flowers when they are due to others who stand out during an otherwise ordinary experience. Thank you Brooke!
Great customer service,
The African American gentleman who takes orders needs to be more articulate and not use slang. This is where Starbucks, Clutch and so many others will not make exceptions when hiring because it's so important when reciting a coffee order. The young lady who ran our food out to our car was EXCEPTIONAL! Hashbrowns were very soggy and the croissants were extremely overcooked. Not the best experience, but DD is not considered the gold standard as it pertains to coffee/breakfast so...read full review
