Almost every other day for the past two weeks, their machine is down or they say it's runny! It's ridiculous! This place has gone down hill so much and there is no good ice cream places in Albemarle anymore.
Their service is really bad and they have an excuse on why they can't help you every single time you show up there past 7pm because they want to close early. I would love to know if the owner of the franchise realizes what is going on here.
