“We had the best service by Frank today while visiting the Albemarle, NC location! He went above and beyond to make sure our food was prepared and fresh! He was so polite and caring and the food was the best we have had at any Subway (we have visited three other locations recently and the food was not very good )BUT Frank provided the best customer service! He is an employee that really needs to be recognized by your company! He should be a trainer for Subway bc of the services he provides to every one that came in while we were eating today!
