Their service is the worst. Been going since 2004 and the last six months this place is going downhill…corporate doesn’t seem to care either. Oh well. :(
We’ve been going to this Chili’s weekly since 2004 when it opened, we drive from Pittsboro. In the past six months, the service has gone downhill. The food is still good, but the waitstaff, in general, is horrible.
We are sad to say, that last night will probably be our last night at this location…it’s gotten that bad. Our server, also the bartender, practically ignored us when 5-6 of her friends showed up at the bar…we tried flagging her down…ignored. ...read full review
