You know what would be cool? If you’re going to lock up and have a staff meeting or whatever, don’t accept online orders for the time you won’t be open. Just a thought 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏻♀️. I mean, it’s nice that you waved and stuff, but I’d rather just have the food.
I just picked up an order than I placed online. This is what I got when I opened it up. This should have had extra rice because there is no meat. It doesn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl! Looks lord like light rice instead of extra. And this is not the first time. Lesson learned....I love chipolte but I will not visit this establishment again.
I placed an order tonight and it was totally wrong. They delivered someone else order thats all beef, We dont eat Beef! called and I was told by Manager on Duty Rachael theres nothing that can be done unless I want to leave my home and come get a new order. explained with COVID-19 I'm not coming out have a child at home and she said oh and Hung Up! we need them out our area with this behavior. Dont order here. I called back and refuse to answer my calls
