“Great pizza, love the ease of ordering with the Brothers Pizza App (can easily re-order a previous order with a few clicks). We love the large pepperoni, usually has a nice crispy crust (not chewy or undercooked), and a generous amount of sauce. We also love the Grandmothers pie. If you like bruschetta you should try this delicious, fresh tasting pie. We order pizza here about twice a month, and it is consistently delicious. We visited on a Tuesday around 6:10 PM, and it was calm and not too crowded. The atmosphere was relaxed with soft music, which made it really enjoyable. The ordering style is similar to places like CAVA or Subway — you choose what you want, and they prepare it fresh for you to take to your table or go.

We ordered the Lebanese Plate, which came with tabbouleh salad, hummus, jasmine chicken, falafel, and pita bread. Everything was delicious. The tabbouleh was especially surprising — even if you’re not usually a big parsley fan, it was fresh and flavorful. The hummus was smooth, the chicken was well seasoned, and the falafel was very good.

We also got a falafel bowl that included falafel, chickpeas, basmati rice, and a fresh cucumber and tomato salad. The chickpeas were incredibly flavorful, almost like a stew, and the rice was perfectly cooked. Honestly, every component tasted fresh and well prepared.

We didn’t finish all the pita, but what we did eat was soft and tasty. Overall, the portions were satisfying, and the quality exceeded our expectations.

For now, this is a 5 out of 5 for us — we’re definitely coming back!“
