Mezcalito Apex Reviews
Every review I read, even the ‘good ones’ say this is WTF too loud. What is wrong with these people. Loosing business left and right over an easily fixed issue. Manager must be a moron. I know ~20 people who have all said the same thing—- too loud. Not goin g back. I feel bad for the neighbors.
Food is delicious and the drinks are great!! If you have not tried it you are missing out!
Good is good and the drink selection is quite fun, but it’s impossible to have a conversation because the music is so loud!
My watch kept alerting me to the ‘dangerous sound level’ the last time we were there, and I was only inside long enough to use the restroom.
We only go if it’s nice enough to sit outside, and even then it’s a toss up based on where your table is located.

Mezcalito Apex is a spacious Mexican restaurant with a lively atmosphere, reminiscent of a telenovela set. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making guests feel like distant cousins. The menu features visually appealing pictures showcasing a variety of dishes, including tacos and the “ultimate ACP.” The food is a highlight, with standouts like the tender steak chimichanga, flavorful chicken quesadillas, and the must-try plátano relleno, which is a sweet plantain topped with super tender steak, black beans, and melted cheese. Customers appreciate the chips and salsa, which have a smoky kick and a lime flavor, described as the best—lightly seasoned with fresh salsa that is not too spicy. The restaurant offers a large, covered outdoor space and a vibrant ambiance that enhances the dining experience. While some dishes may have issues with seasoning, overall, the experience is enjoyable, supported by great service from attentive waiters who check in regularly. The shrimp aguachile is tasty but somewhat one-dimensional. Customers note that the prices are reasonable, making it a good value. Mezcalito Apex is a great place to dine, especially for those looking to try a variety of drinks and Mexican dishes, though it can get crowded during dinner. Despite some loud music, it remains a fun spot for enjoying delicious food with friends or family.
