“Staff is always so nice and the food is amazing. Teriyaki chicken is always delicious. Their white sauce is the best I’ve ever had. I’m about to try and buy a quart of it! Or I’ll pay for their recipe, I can eat their white sauce by the spoonful at home. It needs to stay in my fridge. It’s amazing, you won’t be disappointed!!“

“Poke Dream is a small place but very clean. We love to sit outside at the very clean picnic table and enjoy our lunch. Mike is very nice but quiet and very professional. When we get there early he is cleaning the picnic table and wiping the door and windows. He has been very kind and works really hard to make changes to my order and doesn't seem to mind. We ate our lunch there and were taking a ramen bowl back to a coworker. Mike waited until we were almost finished to make the takeout bowl so it would be nice and hot when we got ready to leave. We didn't ask him to do that. He also brings our lunch outside to us. He didn't have to do those things but he seems to go the extra mile. The Seafood Bowl is my favorite but I ask for jalapenos and purple cabbage in place of edamame. It is so good with Salmon, shrimp and tuna. I get mine on mixed greens and love this so much. The ramen is also fantastic and has the best broth I have ever eaten. We are so fortunate to have such a fresh and delicious option so close by. I am excited to try many more options. I hope everyone supports such a wonderful business.“

“I've been here twice and one time with my family and the another with my bf, I'm vegetarian and I was surprised to see tofu as a protein option most places I go don't have it. Both my family and bf loved the ramen especially the Tonkotsu ramen, and I really liked the tomato one.

Food was good very sweet people, I got the teriyaki chicken and hibachi steak both with fried rice, both were good just needed a little more sauce for the rice and the meats I got my kids the cheeseburger and fries, burger was great and the fries were crinkle with seasoning on them. Overall very good and super cheap!“

“My husband and I just took a chance one late afternoon while in that area on this Japanese restaurant. Well it was SO good we go back almost once a week. We live 15 miles from there but do not mind the driving to get great food. The owner is very nice, reasonable pricing and you get a good amount of food. And it's delicious!! To the woman who commented on the owners son running the front end. I grew up working at my father's business starting at 10 years old. There is absolutely nothing wrong with teaching your children entrepreneurship. I learned early on to work for a living and how to run a business and give customer service. I applaud this family for teaching their children life skills and one day this young man will more than likely own his own business.“

“The restaurant was unassuming, but the food was good. The Thai chili wings were saucy and still crispy. The shrimp roll was surprisingly large and very tasty. Their white/shrimp sauce to good. I really enjoyed my dinner. I would recommend Five Points Hibachi &Wings.“

“Last 2 visits have been terrible, i got chicken that was nearly inedible my last visit due to it being so chewy with hard parts, my coworker ordered the exact same thing so it was very clear difference.

So today i figured id give it another shot before totally making the decision of not coming back to Shinko’s, as im a long time customer.

I ordered 2 orders of orange chicken and white rice, For some reason they made one of them fried rice (the receipt said white, i had also made it very clear over the phone), so i went back in to get regular rice and they give me ANOTHER fried rice, also had none of the prepared duck sauce i was given a half full cup of duck sauce that looked off when i went in the 2nd time because the worker put 2 more WHITE sauces instead.

this is most likely due to the new staff they have but it sucks that shinkos has become unreliable, im paying for the food can i atleast get what i requested? Over here paying for Shinko mystery box.

And i dont want to bash shinkos but i tried giving them another shot and they did WORSE than last time. I couldnt even go back in the THIRD time because i was on break, waste of money.

Customer service is not bad though very respectful employees with good work ethic just not trained well enough , more of a management fault. I will also note that there was a bit of a busy day for the employees, but still it makes me not wanna go as its like a 50/50 that ill get a decent meal.“

“My granddaughter and I have eaten here a couple of times for dinner and I highly recommend! It’s not fancy, more of a ‘hole in the wall’, but that’s where you’ll find good food at good prices. There is nothing pretentious about Ginza, but we love it. The lady serving us seemed to be doing all the things (except cooking) and she was very attentive and pleasant. “Yesterday purchased the family steak and shrimp that came with 3 soups and/or salads, noodles, and veggies. The soup could’ve been better, but over all the family pan was delicious even on the next day. The only thing I don’t agree with is the $5 minimum to use a card because what if I wanted a drink or forgot to add extra crunchies for my soup I should be able to pay however. Overall I would come back.“

I usually order through beyond menu and I’ve never had anything be wrong in my order or had bad food.
