“Update: After learning about my experience, the owner contacted me on a holiday weekend to apologize and make it right. Word of caution, this location gets very busy. I would order ahead if you can, or bring your patience hat.Original review:What a nightmare of an experience!!! I went in today around 12:20 to grab a sandwich. I was the first person in line. I ordered, paid and waited, and waited, and waited.... Finally I asked someone how much longer it would be. They said there were 5 orders ahead of mine. I told them I have to go to an appointment and I'd be back in a couple of hours and not to make my sandwich. I came back starving at 2:45 and waited, and waited and waited... Nobody was at the register. I told the guy making sandwiches about my earlier visit, showed him my receipt and he went to the back. I waited again. He came back and said he didn't know what to do and asked me to wait some more, at this point all I wanted was a refund, he couldn't help with that either. I was about to lose my $H!T so I left before things got crazy. So I'm out $10 and about 40 mins of my day, and no sandwich to show for it. WTF??!!“
“I am partial to this chain in general and have to say that this location did not disappoint. The King’s Hawaiian is back! Come enjoy this pork & slaw classic with your favorite Coke 360 soft beverage! Dining area was clean. Restrooms are single stall and very clean. Plenty of free parking. Staff were friendly & helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Single stall restrooms are spacious.“
