“7/3/24 I went to this restaurant I did a mobile order. I could see there was a line the in was closed just drive thru & it was very very slow. When i finally got the the window. The man apologize profusely about the wait time I said it’s no big deal. He said there’s only three of us and it’s so busy. I’m so sorry. I said it’s not a big deal man you’re doing the best you can and they were all three or more in there hardest and I’m sure everybody in that line, being rude and ugly the food was good. Just remember stepping somebody else’s shoes every now and then you don’t have to be hateful to people, especially in service industry. You don’t know what they’re having to do behind that window. Your food. You’re too lazy to make yourself at home is short of it all including myself needs to step up and try to get some more help but I know it’s not always as easy as that but for the three that we’re working last night you did an excellent job. Please don’t let other people get to you always do the best you can and then you shouldn’t have anything to apologize for, I appreciate what you did the service you give, and the manner of what you gave it because you were never ugly to me, even though you were stressed to the max unlike the people Walmart! lol“
“My girl and I went here to get frosties and some food for the night, and they were delicious. It did take quite a while to get our food, especially considering we ordered online, we were about 10 minutes driving and sat for about 15 minutes in the dining area, turns out that they ran out of the food we had ordered, but they just didn't tell us. I had to walk over to the counter to find out that info. But an employee came over and fixed everything, and they even started making some jokes that really lightened the mood.“
