Unfortunately, I believe it necessary to make the public aware of an 828 Pizza's pricing policy which ultimately gouges their diners. When there today, I ordered the vegetarian sub with roasted potatoes and my dining partner ordered the same. When our plates were delivered, the roasted potatoes on my plate were burned badly, not just a bit burned, the potatoes as well as the onions were BURNED BLACK. So I asked our server to swap them for some that weren't burned, but she appeared not to be very happy about my legitimate request. A while later, a male server brought out the replacement roasted potatoes. When we got the bill, they had CHARGED $4.50 for the "extra" potatoes that were not burned. Because we have eaten at this location many times, we were stunned that they would blatantly gouge a diner like this. In summary, I suggest that you look closely at the bill to see what you are being charged for. What a disappointment from a restaurant that once was one of our favorites.

This was my first time to 828 , it was recommended to me by a friend who used to live here years ago . Even though my friend told me to get the wings and pizza I wanted to try the Greek Stromboli . It was sooooo good . Stuffed with fresh ingredients and the marinara and crust were delicious as well . I’ll definitely be back .

We love this restaurant, it's not just the great food, the service is fantastic. Devin is one of the best waitresses I've had the pleasure of working with in a long time. Devin is a genuine and awesome person. We enjoyed our conversations with Devin, she was very helpful and caring as she helped my nephews with their selections. I would also like to compliment Sam, he was a true professional making sure we were taken care of. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I really like supporting family owned resturaunts, especially when they're as outstanding as 828.
