The lady manager her is mamasita abuela. The food is great, careful if spicy 🔥 is not your thing. Abuela will take care of you like familia while you eat there. Aqua de Jamaica is excellent. Go to lunch 2 x a week there.

Great pupusas. Their pork dish is amazing (and goes really well with the pupusa hot sauce).

We enjoyed the food here. We’ve been to El Salvador couple of times and the pupusas here are as delicious as you were in El Salvador. I ate 6 pupusas and I wish I could have eaten may more. We’ll comeback to Ashville just for this pupusas place.

Super delicious central american salvadorean food owned by the family. I always lovee there pupusas, grilled chicken and the rice pupusas are 10 out 10! I’ve been coming here for three years and can never get tired of it! I highly recommend!

Pupusas are NOT fresh. They served me reheated pupusas. The lady at the counter was not welcoming. 0/5 stars if I could. Sanitation score is 94 BTW!

Every single time I come here, the food is absolutely delicious—without exception. The flavors are authentic, fresh, and consistently on point. The customer service is hands down some of the best out there: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. And don’t skip the juice—it’s homemade and incredibly good. This place never misses. Highly recommend.

Pupusas are good. However, they are very small and you get very little for your money. I had better luck with their competitor up the hill.

Low-key and delicious 🤤 This is one of our favorite places for easy take out. The desayuno, fried corn tamales and chicharones are family favorites. Bonus points for the drive thru pick up window and rotating agua frescas!

A great place to eat while you wait four or five hours at the DMV
I was charged $3 for enough curtido for our pupusas. Plus they gave us hot sauce without asking then charged us $2 for a little mild salsa.

Usually the pupusas are delicious, juicy and made how they are suppose to be but last time I ordered 5 of them and went to pick them up I noticed 3 things. And I noticed after I already drove away.
1. There was no queso in any of the pupusas altho I ordered 2 Ruveltas, 2 bean and cheese and 1 pork and cheese.
2. They were burnt and barely any meat
3. I was charged $17.50 altho when I added it up it should have been $8.75
I was disappointed because usually they always do a good job with the flavor but the dishonesty on top of the mess up discourages me to come back. Makes it feel more personal.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to wait outside while my food was made and took it to go because the lady behind the counter was blasting her speakerphone while there was also a tv playing throughout the restaurant. I can’t wrap my head around how anyone thinks it’s okay to do that with customers sitting in the restaurant.
The food was expensive
