Bebettes Beignets & Coffee

Bebette's is a neat little place. Counter service - coffee and beignets of course but also a couple of other breakfast items - I had a goat cheese/ham sandwich with a raspberry drizzle. The beignets are deep fried bread drizzled in sugary something - you can't go wrong. Good atmosphere too - just a few tables but a nice start to your day.

Oh. My. Goodness!! This place is so awesome! The workers are so nice, the music choice is lovely, and it smells amazing as soon as you walk in! You can feel it in the air; it's just so welcoming. The flavors for the coffee and teas are so fun! I can't wait to go back and try more of them (and pick up some beignets, of course)! Definitely bringing my friends up here when they come to visit us since they're always wanting to try new places.

My wife and I tried Bebettes while visiting Asheville this last weekend. It was delish! I got the beignets in each of the three styles, all of which were very tasty, and my wife got the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich which is served on a beignet. It too was delicious. We could tell they use high quality ingredients and make the beignets from scratch. They also have a very nice selection of coffee. Other than that, the place is small but warm and cozy.
