The food is well-prepared and stands out from other restaurants on the estate. The staff are super friendly and really know what they are doing, providing engaging and professional service. Guests have praised the remarkable service from staff members like Leigh and Ron, who ensure a memorable dining experience. The selection of food is good and everything is delicious and super fresh tasting. It is hard to choose from the menu, which features a range of dishes, including the pork tenderloin, French onion soup, carpaccio, Springer Mountain chicken, beef filets from property-raised cattle, and the highly praised Filet Mignon and scallops. Guests would definitely recommend the French onion soup, the burrata salad, and the bouillabaisse. The scallops, paired with a surprisingly delicious succotash side dish, have also received high praise.
