Shout out to Will Harris the new general manager of the Edison Restuarant! He and his team had the joy of taking care of my group of 7 crazy and rowdy ladies on 12/10 for our annual Christmas dinner before viewing all the Gingerbread houses! His team did a phenomenal job! Welcome to the Omni, Will!
This place discriminated against me when I went there with my service dog. I spent so much money eating there and then they just treated me like complete s***. they kicked me out when they legally had no right to when I have a legal service animal. they treat you like complete crap. Whenever I called to make a complaint, no one would ever call me back. It's pretty terrible.

Blue Ridge offers a spectacular view and enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant is known for its Friday night seafood buffet and Sunday brunch buffet, which includes a complimentary mimosa. Service is excellent, with quick removal of dirty plates and continuously full food trays. The buffet is large and tasty, with a good selection of breakfast items, salads, seafood, and desserts. The view of the mountains is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. The dining room is warm and inviting, with attentive servers who ensure guests have everything they need. The restaurant is also praised for its farm-fresh and expertly prepared food, making it a popular spot for brunch and special occasions. The Saturday dinner buffet is highly recommended, featuring a Cold section with crab legs, oysters-on-the-shell, chilled shrimp, asparagus, apple & pear salad, and cheese & fruit selection. The Hot section offers Prime Rib, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and creamy Mashed Potatoes, along with other dishes, rolls, and soups. The dessert selection, including a Candy buffet, is impressive. The restaurant also caters to families with hot dogs and French fries for children. Visitors often find the food, service, and overall experience to be great, with many wishing they had visited sooner. Reservations for earlier dinners are advised, as it can get busy later in the evening. Overall, fresh seafood, delicious sides, and an amazing view make Blue Ridge a favorite destination.
