Manager (older woman, grey long hair, black outfit) is a nightmare, yelling at her employees and micromanaging the poor girl doing the register, She couldn’t even speak after being legitimately screamed at by the Manger for no reason. And then the manager also was yelling at another employee for telling her that he already put the food in the bag.Poor employees must be so miserable working for someone like that. Hopefully regional sees this and takes action because this clearly is not the first time she has treated her team this way.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICEI PLACED AN ORDER TODAY ON THE MOBILE APP, WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE DRIVE THRU THE LADY SAID THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE MY ORDER, THEN SHE WENT TO GET THE MANAGER...HE SAID THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM MY PHONE SCREEN TO PROVE THAT I PLACED AN ORDER AT HIS STORE. I EVEN OFFERED TO SHOW HIM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO PROVE THE ORDER WAS PAID. THEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL HIS DISTRICT MANAGER TO COMPLAIN AND HE LAUGHED. IF CORPORATE READS THIS, YOU NEED TO FIRE THIS MANAGER, AND HIRE ONE WITH SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO FILL YOUR MOBILE ORDERS WHEN YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM GOES DOWN.

I ordered 2 bacon Wopper Juniors. I got home just now and opened my bag to this sad little thing. Wish I could have gotten a refund or exchange, but I opened it at home.....

I had a whopper it was good but they don't come with lettuce or tomato I thought that was odd. The wonderful lady at the counter advised me that there is no button to put lettuce or tomato on the Sandwich. I don't know this could be true again I find it odd. That Sandwich would be definitely Better with lettuce and tomatoes. It was a good Sandwich none the less. No Wait quick service nice lady what else can You ask for from a place like that Fastfood.

These people are really nice. Fast! I always get the Impossible Whopper and it's cooked perfectly ( most other Burger Kings aren't!).

I will not be going to this specific location again. The lady that took my order was very displeased, and charged me double for a large drink. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they had been sitting under the lamp for hours. I couldn't even finish them. They were just as dry and unappealing as the customer service I received. No one likes being treated as if they are the scum of the earth. The only thing that redeemed our visit was the nice autistic man at the window.
