“After a long night in the ER Thurs night into late Friday morning, I was a bit to tired to cook dinner, so my wife and I decided to just "grab a bite", my daughter requested Chick-fil-a so I drove to Tunnel Rd. As I pulled into line, I noticed the car in front of me had paid cash, and the young man seemed to have his hands full trying to organize everything. Having been in the food service industry years back I know it can sometimes feel a little intimidating when you have a hand full of cash and someone approaches you, so I hung back until he looked organized. When I did pull up Oscar briefly acknowledged what I had done, and the asked for my name to start my order. I was happy to see he realized why I did it, and figured that was the end of the matter. Just as I had finished with my order, and was ready to pull up, another gentleman (sorry did not get his name) approached me and also acknowledged what I had done, and thanked me for being courteous, I smiled just before he handed me a small card good for a free dessert saying something to the effect of "We like to acknowledge and reward when people act kindly". After a very, very long day, this was the ray of humanity I needed to get me through the rest of it. I hope both those gentlemen get a pat on the back.“

“Delivery was fast and the food was good. But the person who took our order was obviously not interested in doing his job well. Got our order wrong, and fries and chocolate milk were left out of the kids meals. It's never happened before, so I didn't check. But I will be checking from now on.“

“Stopped at a Chick-fil-A in NC on our drive and wow, their drive-thru was impressive! We’ve never seen anything like their fleet of Chick-fil-A cars for delivering food—super cool and efficient. Team members were out in the line taking orders with tablets; ours was so friendly, quick, and knew exactly what to suggest. We got our food fast, everything was spot-on and tasted amazing as always. I love Chick-fil-A—consistently the best!“
