I'm not a fan of going to a buffet. However Deerpark is located at the Biltmore which is a short drive from the actual house and definitely worth it. Everything was good. The service was excellent, the staff super friendly and the food was perfect. It was so good that we made plans to go back one year for thanksgiving. And I am already looking forward to it.
Enjoyed lunch at the deerpark restaurant before touring the Biltmore estate. Lunch options are decent. Stew beef, salmon, chicken and dumpling, and a carving station for the meats. There’s a bland salad station.. topping options scarce (carrots and croutons). Veggies were good.. sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, and Brussels sprouts. Desserts were ok. Biggest advice is feed your kids before you go, skip paying for them. My 8 year old loves to eat and is not a picky eater...read full review
