I went with a group of 5. Apparently the waiter was new: I ordered 2 tacos with rice and beans. I asked the waiter to make sure they put extra sour cream , lettuce and tomato. I forgot to mention hard taco shell instead of corn tortilla. The waiter brought out the food quickly. However, very little lettuce, and no sour cream. The waiter never checked to see if the food was ok or if we needed anything. I sent an email to the manager and no response so now I am posting for...

We were pleasantly surprised eating here! Really enjoyed the ambiance and the salsa bar, although I wish they would have mentioned the salsa was around the corner when we received the chips.

Okay we grew up in CA and have found it difficult to find what we call “authentic Mexican food” here on the east coast. Stopping in Asheville NC for a quick stay over we found this great Mexican restaurant and it didn’t. Disappointed! Best Mexican food we’ve found in years! Get the shredded beef burrito you won’t be sad you did!
