I came in for a take out order on 4/17/24 around 2:45pm. The lady that took my order was nice. I only waited maybe 3-5 minutes for my two sub order. Order was correct t and tasted very good. I enjoyed my experience.

Great location, try it out the new garlic pepperoni meatball sub, definitely worth it! District manager was actually on duty running the front lines which was awesome to see. It's always Great to see management participating in the tasks the staff has to do. It keeps their expectations realistic and keeps them grounded in what will actually help their staff.

I have been to this franchise many times since it opened a few years ago. I was so happy to get a Firehouse on my side of town. My sub of choice is the Italian and that’s what I had this time. My companion had a Firehouse Hero. Both were excellent, but missing something. They were out of tomatoes & didn’t tell us. Out of napkins too. Aside from these stocking issues, it was a great experience, as usual. Clean dining room & single stall restrooms. Coke 360 fountain...
