“This is the only Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to, but if they’re all like this, then they’re doing lots right. Matt I guess is the manager. He knew all about the history of the company (I’d mentioned that my ancestors were from Caserta, where the father-in-law of the original owner was from). The staff are always friendly and engaged. It’s even, I’d say, kind of fun to come here! Plus, the sandwiches are always fresh tasting, and there are lots of ways to customize.“

“We placed an order for work for 12 people, giving each person their own order in a box. Jersey Mike's is one of the rare places that allows you to order what you want exactly how you want which is why we picked it. Every single order was correct and perfect. They did a fantastic job. The gentleman even carried the big box with our order out to my car and loaded it for me. I had accidentally missed an order too and they allowed me to add it last minute and pay for it. The entire time they had a great attitude and I never felt like I was causing a problem. It's so rare to find that anymore in restaurants. I wanted to be sure to brag on this particular location and how impressed we were. We will definitely use them again in the future!“
