Good service and food 🥘 the scenery is great too
Excellent new chef, menu, and reopening. From the appetizers to the dessert, we remain impressed. Weekly, weekend specials continue to impress. The attention to detail isn't something we find much around our area. The Overlook is now our favorite restaurant. You cannot beat the views or the value of this breakfast buffet. There's a huge spread including a made-to-order omelette station.

The Overlook Restaurant, located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, offers a variety of options for diners, including a decent vegetarian selection and accommodations for dietary restrictions. The restaurant has a spacious parking lot with free parking. The service is top-notch, with staff members such as Cassie, Sam, Joannie, Jimmy, and Erin providing excellent and caring service. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the view is very nice and peaceful. The breakfast buffet is very good, and the buffet is kept clean. The yogurt parfait bar was a highlight of the dining experience. Staff are attentive and happy to help, and bartender Joe makes great drinks and is very knowledgeable. The food at brunch was found to be fair, but not exceptional, and the steak dinner was not high quality. However, the shrimp on linguine was very good and well substituted. The prices are reasonable, and the overall dining experience is decent. While the menu didn’t have any gluten-free options, the staff was happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Some feedback mentioned that the waitstaff could be slower in refilling drinks, but overall, it is recommended to try their menu.
