The pizza was real good but trying to order it is the craziest thing ever they're just trying to sell you breadsticks or something put me on hold three times to listen to commercial after I said no
Firstly, I have always loved Papa Johns Pizza, especially, the little added banana peppers in each pizza box!Well, today I didn’t realize I placed my order for pick up until I was notified it was ready. A wonderful person named, MJ answered the phone and with no hesitation helped me change my order today delivery. I am so grateful for your kindness today, thank you!

Ordered my food online for carryout. Got the notification it was ready. Pulled up and the lady told me my food wasn't ready yet that she didn't know why it told me that. Had me pull around and wait 10mins. Went in and she still didn't tell me what was going on. Come to find out they gave my food to someone else. They had to make my food again.
