Recently visited the gourmet chip company for lunch and fell in love their cajun chips and vegetarian Italiano panini. The chips were so addicting, I'm definitely going back here for it!

Decided to check it out. Little pricey on some items. But for the chance to try chocolate bacon, brown sugar and caramel drizzled on potato chips. The Cuban sandwich was delicious along with those chips. Gourmet chips is on one of the downtown main streets, parking is limited for someone who is not familiar where to park in the area. Loved the Pandora station that they use in the shop.

Placed a call for a to-go order earlier, and was asked to wait for a minute. Which is totally fine, I understand the restaurant being busy. But the phone was left off the hook instead of on hold, so I heard the staff taking multiple orders and talking amongst themselves for the next ten minutes that I was on "hold". If they had just said that they were really backed up and needed a few more minutes, I would have been fine. Again, I get being busy. But being busy is no excuse not to at least acknowledge a potential customer while they're waiting. The real kicker was that when I hung up and tried to call again, they wouldn't pick up. I was looking forward to trying this place for the first time after the good reviews friends and coworkers have given me, but I don't think I'll be calling again. I'm sure the food is great and whatnot, but the service needs some work.

My wife and I stumbled upon this gem because of a meal on the chalkboard that caught her eye. And oh to our surprise did we have one of the best meals of our vacation. The food was incredible and everyone was super kind. If we were local, we would be staples! Thank you!

This was my family's 2nd time coming to this establishment while visiting the city. The unique idea of Gourmet Chips was such a great experience.

The establishment has indoor and outdoor seating.

Over all it's just a fun place to eat differently than your regular lunch style food.

Every time I'm in town this place will be on the go to list.

I would recommend it to all to try again and again.

We enjoyed the salt and vinegar chips, Truffle Parmesan Turkey Panini with Parisian Chips and kids cheddar melt with salt and vinegar chips.

We recommend all of the above.

Wow! Such an awesome place. We found this on a whim and were blown away. PEOPLE, they do NOT just have chips!! We split the Truffle turkey sandwich and bbq chips and then the Belgium (get the caramel drizzle) and Parisian gourmet chips with our friends. Others at our table got the Italiano and said it was to die for. Absolutely incredible. We will be back!

First time here and we waited about 30 mins for our food after ordering. There weren't many people in there with us. Our server was a bit strange and didn't understand we wanted to order some chips first while we were deciding on what panini we were gonna order. She was gonna bring everything out together. That is not what we wanted. So we scraped the idea of a separate order of chips to start. The table we sat at was incredibly small and uncomfortable. I ordered the Italiano panini with upgraded Americana chips. The food was ok but the smell in the building was terrible. Smelled like old fryer oil. The smell is stuck on my closet. It's the worst I know because I used to work with fryers. There were humidifiers in a corner with a broken arcade game as well. So the atmosphere was terrible. Dark and dank. I don't see myself coming back.

Let me start off when you go into a sandwich shop. You shouldn't be waiting over 30 minutes to get a sandwich with chips. But that's what we did. The service wasn't good. The pink hair lady sat us and forgot about us until the 30 minutes came and she gave us our food. She didn't ask if we needed anything else. The Cajun chips we're really good. They were the best part of the meal. The Italiano sandwich was okay. Overall review find another sandwich shop. The place is kinda dirty with humidifiers laid down, and the fired smell is pretty bad. So if you want a fast sandwich with good service go elsewhere.
