A “must” for anyone visiting Asheville. Staff was friendly and did great job explaining flavors. The line was long but moved quickly. As someone who always gets sprinkles, I loved that they are free! It’s the little things that make your day.
If you are out and about in Asheville, I definitely recommend stopping and getting a scoop (or more) at The Hop. The normal flavors (vanilla and chocolate) are just average. But the rotating flavors are exceptional and inventive. They are also made with local ingredients which is a plus. Ice cream is above average, but not quite creamy enough to warrant 5 stars.
Continuously impressed with the flavors and high quality of their ice cream! The special collaborations with local shops/farms etc make for exciting options. One of my favorite local desert spots!
