Loved eating brunch here, everything was very tasty and a wonderful atmosphere. Great service!
Good breakfast in downtown Asheville.
Another stop on our journey from Cincinnati to Charleston, and The Refinery at The Foundry Hotel did not disappoint!
The Eggs Benedict was absolutely excellent, served on a flaky croissant with a rich Mornay sauce. Decadent, delicious, and definitely not for the cardiac challenged! 😂 Worth every bite.
The Chia Bowl was delightful, fresh and healthy with a subtle hint of mint that made it especially refreshing.

The Refinery is a hidden gem in Asheville, perfect for brunch or breakfast. The food is absolutely delicious, phenomenal, and plentiful, coming out incredibly fast without feeling rushed. Specific meals include the Benedict, which is a grilled ham and cheese croissant sandwich with poached eggs, and the shakshuka verde. The atmosphere is fantastic and classy, ideal for a relaxing morning. The service is excellent, with staff who are attentive, friendly, professional, and go above and beyond. One staff member kindly heated up a guest’s leftover Indian food in a pan. The restaurant is part of The Foundry Hotel, but anyone is welcome. It is a little pricey but absolutely worth it for the quality and quantity. The Refinery is hands-down the best hidden gem in Asheville, and highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect brunch spot.
