Why would ANYONE choose to eat here?! On a 1-10 scale, the food is a 2. You are visiting a city renowned for its incredible food, most restaurants being a 7-10 in deliciousness and creativity, locally sourced and seasonal! Get out of the hotel and eat at one of the 100 incredible options within walking distance and have a truly great meal! Even the free breakfast is gross… it’s better to go and pay elsewhere. I went on a breakfast voucher. I was counting on them opening at 630am ready to go, but unfortunately only had a partial breakfast by 645am. The food was good though, and the staff friendly. They just need to be ready to operate at the hours they promise.

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning. Lora was top notch and brought milk out upon seeing my daughter grabbing cereal. Hashbrown casserole was amazing and I was impressed with what was offered on the buffet (lox and all the fixing).Yes, there are many spots to eat in Asheville, but Renaissance caters to a lot of groups that do not have time to go to breakfast outside the hotel in the mornings. Also, I enjoyed breakfast as part of my Marriott Status.
