Worst experience ever,Don't waist time or money
They served cold brown overcooked nasty fries . They were awful and not edible . The manager looked about 16 and acted like it too . Don’t laugh at me when I’m trying to correct you from losing business for not caring what you try to serve to your customers . Won’t ever stop by this Zaxby’s ever again . Gross fries .
I ordered the new Chicken bacon loaded fries!
And when you specifically ask for extra crispy fries because you have about 15 minutes before you can eat them and don’t want them to be soggy and for your chicken to be tossed in tongue torch sauce and get neither one then you don’t get either one even thought you repeated it to the order taker! Very disappointed! I was extremely excited for these fries and they are soggy and sauce less!!!
