Isla Coffee is a charming restaurant in the OBX area, located near Wahoo Circle. Known for its excellent coffee and friendly service, this hidden gem is a must-visit. The Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte is a customer favorite, and while lattes may take a bit longer to make due to a single espresso machine, the front porch provides a pleasant waiting area. The restaurant also sells hot sauce, which is highly recommended. Isla Coffee focuses on the quality of their coffee, and it shows in their delicious drinks. Coffee and chai tea were excellent, with quick service and friendly conversation. The atmosphere could use a bit of improvement, but the small selection of books available for purchase while you wait was a nice touch. The cold brew with cold foam and pistachio syrup is 10/10. The shop is clean, bright, and cozy, and they offer well-curated local coffees and other items for sale. Definitely recommend Isla for your coffee while in Avon.
