This was my third trip to jailhouse provisions and they have consistently been very good. We went this time as a party of four. I got the chicken sandwich and friends had the fried shrimp. Everyone enjoyed their food and we had great service.
They offer some gluten free options, have had the burger and the chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich is so good, very flavorful.
This place is awesome. The food was excellent. Service was top notch too.
Jailhouse Provisions on Bald Head Island is one of those rare island restaurants that punches well above its weight—and feels like it understands exactly what it is: a laid-back, high-quality stop where the experience matters as much as the plate in front of you.
