“Great experience at Primo. The atmosphere was comfortable, yet refined. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful. Each staff member took pride in their craft. Hats off to Parker for great wine selection and expert mixology. Tyler was very attentive and the flambe chef entertained the entire room. Definitely a diamond of a find in Banner Elk.“
“We went here because it was walking distance (across a road) from our hotel, the Best Western. In a nutshell, the food was very good, but the service was meh. No smiles, very little talking, no welcoming etc.But, again, the food was very good, so I'd go again for that!I did post photos of the menu as of 2/24/24, as we couldn't find any online.“
“This place is a great place for authentic Vietnamese food. The pho noodle soup really hot the spot on a chilly day. The not so Vietnamese items are just ok. The white waitress(the only one in there that day) was very nice and helpful. It seems like it's family owned, and you can actually hear children playing in the back..... kinda weird for Americans, but I'm Asian and it's a normal thing for us to have family worth kids at work 24/7. My niece and nephew grew up the same way ( playing in the kitchen of the restaurant). I'd be back when I'm up there again.“
