Went to Hardee's to buy Sunday morning biscuits like I do every week to find them not serving. The dining room was closed...AGAIN and no service at the drive thru either. People were sitting in line, motors running, with more cars showing up expecting service. An employee was outside taking a smoke break and told the several cars in line, including me, no service anytime soon. So everyone drove off. This is not unusual. This place is ALWAYS hit or miss. Drive thru was quick, which isn't usually the norm. Fries were hot and not greasy, and that's always a big deal breaker if they are. People were nice and friendly, didn't rush you or look at you like they hated you.

I know they are understaffed, but if it's going to take a long time when people go through the drive thru it would only make sense to get their order correct. Twice in one day my order was wrong. That is NOT okay when we sat at the window waiting for 10 minutes and didn't complain. The ladies working there are sweet. They have great personality, but someone isn't getting the orders right.
