“I ordered at the Taco Bell side. My experience here was just lovely. Marissa was my cashier, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely be back! The food was tasty, fresh, and warm when I received it. The service could have been just a little faster, but I do understand that they are pretty busy since this is a combination KFC/Taco Bell. Overall, 5/5 stars!!!“

“Food was great! Service could use some work. I tried multiple times to place our order on the app and it wouldn’t work. Called before my husband headed to the restaurant I was told by the manager on duty that they would make it right if my husband went inside. I had rewards I wanted to use. Manger wasn’t any help other than to tell my husband sorry very disappointing.“

“Look, I've read some horror stories on here for the Dunn KFC Buffet. I went with my family and it was perfectly fine. It was busy when we went, which is what you SHOULD do at a buffet. People that complain may have went there an hour before they close. My complaint is that macaroni and cheese is NOT at the buffet, which is heartbreaking. It was clean, socked and the staff seemed just as disappointed as we were about the Mac n cheese.“
