An outdoor seating restaurant in the heart of Black Mountain, Foothill Grange offers good food, great service, and an excellent atmosphere. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was a bit over-cooked, making it dry, but the flavors were there with the right combination of heat and sweet. I was there as part of a large group, and while my sandwich was off, the rest of the nine group party raved about their selections. I will definitely give this place another try.
Visited Black Mountain and decided to stop in for a bite. Nice environment and ordered special, Corn Beef Sandwich for $17.00. Food took 30 minutes and sandwich was tasty. However, small portion size for $17, more like $10 to 12. I don't mind paying if the portion equals to price. Maybe if drink was included it would be closer to value.
