not great food. i grew up in Germany and doesn't come close. schnitzel tough, should be fork tender. sauerkraut bitter, potato salad should not be creamy. strudel too dense nit flaky. on top of it all my husband got food poisoning within an hour. he had schnitzel. only meal he had that day. will not be goong back. Schwaben Haus in Greenville SC is the real deal.
Great food and great service - wonderful experience!
Food was okay, desert was horrible! We saw someone get the apple strudel, it came with powdered sugar and whipped cream. So we each ordered one to go. There was no powdered sugar or whipped cream, the strudel was under cooked, tasteless and tasted like it just came out of the freezer!
