What an unfriendly staff member. No welcome, didn't tell us we could warm the breakfast burrito. Price too high for this service. Won't go back.

If you enjoy great baked goods at the price of being treated like “lowlife” then THIS is the place for you. I visited twice and had the displeasure of being treated rudely TWICE. NO warm welcome as you enter, NO friendly service upon taking your order, NO “thank you” for a generous tip, and NO “please come back” when order was completed. Both servers acted like I was doing THEM a favor by “ gracing” THEIR presence. On the second visit I left and stopped at McDonalds, THEY were extremely friendly, courteous, kind and appreciative for my visit. Maybe Four Sisters needs to send their employees to McDonald’s to learn “Customer Service”, a lost quality in so many places today, or MAYBE Four Sisters takes PRIDE in treating them customers as lowlifes.Parking: Hard to find, shrubbery blocks view

My husband and I just left this bakery after going to get coffee and rolls. The coffee and cinnamon rolls are delicious, not to mention huge. In saying that, I had read reviews online stating that the staff there are rude and unfriendly. Yep it’s very true unfortunately. We left there thinking this is a place of business where people choose to go and spend their money. With that being said, I will choose NOT to return to Four Sisters Bakery in the future because I can go anywhere for coffee and bakery items and be treated much kinder and courteous. The young man with long black curly hair who waited on me didn’t even say hello nor did he thank me after I put a tip in the tip jar for him.The real kicker to this review is my husband had gone two days prior and had a different staff wait on him with the same exact behavior. Really Four Sisters you need to have a serious sit down conversation with your staff and teach them the right way to treat your customers because they definitely know the wrong way !!!

We always have a great experience at Four Sisters. Delicious pastries, great Dynamite coffee, nice indoor and outdoor spaces. With all the white pine trees surrounding the bakery, this Black Mountain spot instantly feels relaxing. We're always warmly welcomed by June at the front counter. We love the recent addition of the Butter Boy claw machine on the porch... so fun! Everyone seems to love it.

This is super creative and fun! I really enjoyed this unique experience. The claw machine, "Butter Boy" is such great addition to what is already a lovely bakery. It had me smiling and was a great start to my day. Definitely check it out if you go through Black Mountain NC.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility ramp available

This spot is tucked into a residential neighborhood and may be hard to spot, but it is worth the search! They have a 24-hour pastry claw machine ? This is the most unique invention I have ever seen, and my family and I had such a blast! The best part is that you play until you win with just $1. It was so epic! All of the fun of a claw machine with none of the scam!

First time going in, my mom normally brings home some of the day old things and they were yummy but I thought fresh would be better! Got 2 croissants, a cinnamon roll and a foccacia. The foccacia seems fresh (this is my first time getting it) but I couldn't tell you the difference between the fresh croissants vs day old, same with the cinnamon rolls.... other than they are more than double the price. Kinda disappointing for almost $30 ?‍?. I am happy to pay that to help support small businesses, but the quality needs to reflect the price.
