We go visit Black Mountain many times a year and I'm not sure why it took me so long to find this little gem of a bakery. I love the mountain bread--a little sweet with hearty whole grain. I always buy two loaves to take back to CLT!
We found this place randomly on the way to the airport and it was absolutely amazing! We got a blueberry muffin, a spinach danish and a bagel sandwich and the food was 10/10. The service and vibe were great. If you are ever in the area you should definitely stop here!!
So i went to check this place out a few weeks back. The property is gorgeous. Its nestled in the trees on a beautiful green lawn and in a lovely neighborhood in black mountain. I was greeted and took my time looking over all the baked goods. I asked about different quiche and the girl behind the counter was knowledgeable and offered a few options so I went with the kale and ham I believe? And a sticky bun. I ordered a latte and initially wanted the cinnamon syrup that was listed...
