What can I say? The salsa was delicious. I had the Rincon enchiladas. The side of rice was flavorful, the beef enchilada was tasty, and the chicken was ok. The sauce was mixed with queso. Probably could have used more queso. I would give them another try if I'm craving Mexican while in blowing rock.
Set at the bottom of a mountain in a quaint little town, this little Mexican restaurant is tucked into a curve and looks small from the outside. But once you step inside, it's much bigger than it looks. It serves both Mexican fares and American dishes, which is kind of neat. We ordered Mexican and the dishes had your typical taste. I had the Chorizo Tacos and oh goodness, it was some of the best Mexican food I have even eaten. The service was spot on . We had a wonderful early supper there. I had been wanting to try it. I just hate it too so long. Fantastic food & service. I will be back!
