“I’ve been eating here 4 or 5 days a week. I always call in an order and take it home with me. Every time it gets better and better. They have the best tacos I’ve ever tried in my life. You’re missing out if you haven’t been here yet.“
“This is some seriously good take out in Boone. While visiting recently we wanted something to take back to the cabin. We found this place and decided to give it a try. You won’t be disappointed, friendly staff, speedy service, and tasty food. Can we get one of these back home?!?“
“Best breakfast food I've had, if you like sasuages you have to get them! Service was great but there wasn't alot of seating, we were lucky and didn't have a wait when we got there, but it got real busy when we went to leave, there was a line out the door. Even if you have to wait, it's well worth it for the food!“
“Such a fan of Dos Amigos! Their free chips and salsa are great. They usually bring out a variety of dips you can try. For the main entrée, I get the sopa de pollo, which is very flavorful and filling. It comes with a ton of vegetables. I also recommend their horchata, which is free refills. The staff here are always very nice. Last time I visited there was also a live mariachi band!“
“Great food and very reasonable prices. You order when you walk in then pay. They deliver the order to your table. Simple surroundings but you can't beat the food. I had the nachos with black beans and chicken. The wife had a chicken burrito. We rated them excellent. Highly recommend.“
“Very interesting mix of cuisines and I think everything worked really well. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not but almost everything on the plates were seasoned with the house seasoning and it was extremely salty. Still edible but too much coming from someone who has a very high tolerance for salt as it is. If it wasn't for this, I would have rated it higher.“
“I ordered the Burrito Mexicano and I'm not joking when I say that it was the best burrito I've ever had. It was packed with chicken, steak, onions, rice, and more. Then it was covered with three different sauces on top. The service was excellent and fast. My wife got the carne asada tacos. It came with 4 soft corn tacos. Each one had steak, onions, and cilantro. Then lime wedges to sprinkle lime juice on top. She said it was delicious. If I'm ever in Boone again, I'll be coming back to try different menu items! If you have children, I noticed that the TV in the corner had been playing little angel videos from Netflix. It's not a huge help but could distract a grumpy kid for a couple of minutes before the food shows up.“
“We had the Birria Tacos that were amazing. It was extremely busy so there was a bit of a wait but the staff is hardworking and kind. The parking fills up fast so be patient :)Parking: The parking circles one way around a tight lot. We had to wait in a line of cars and until someone pulled out to pull in a space.“
“We used to love going to Foggy Rock, so we were a bit sad when it closed. We were not disappointed with Mexican Rock. On the contrary, it was delicious, and the service was amazing. Our server Erick was kind and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back soon!“
